This provides a great overview of SAFe, although you may cover some ground you are already familiar with for example with Agile elements, there is far more content that really helps to provide the context of how agile type delivery can work within a complex hierarchy – and it is important to view this in context of the whole picture. Leading SAFe - Excellent Course
“Leading SAFe” is an excellent course delivered by knowledgeable and enthusiastic trainers, it provides a great introduction to SAFe. The course was delivered remotely over 2 days, with an individual digital workbook and shared team planning simulations. The frequent breaks built in really helped keep energy levels up.
The overall organisation was excellent with clear instructions and a pre-course session to introduce you to the training portal.
I would recommend this course to anyone that is looking to promote SAFe, join an organisation that has practices SAFe or just wants to know what it is.
