Role Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity for a technically gifted graduate with a strong academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence or another technology-focused discipline.
You will join our Platform Engineering team, helping to design, build, and manage the cloud-based platforms that underpin modern digital services. This role will suit someone who:

You will be mentored by experienced engineers and consultants, gaining practical exposure across cloud computing, DevOps, automation, and security disciplines.
Key Activities
Support the design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable and secure cloud infrastructure.
Develop and maintain developer experience (IDP, agentic workflows), platform engineering including CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and infrastructure as code.
Monitor and improve system performance, observability, and resilience.
Contribute to initiatives on security hardening, compliance, and identity management.
Collaborate with developers and consultants to integrate solutions into client environments.
Assist in incident response and troubleshooting activities.
Participate in innovation projects exploring AI integration, platform optimisation, FinOps and emerging technologies.
Document technical procedures and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Experience
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject, minimum Upper Second class (2:1) and above, and / or a related discipline and/or 1-2 years industry experience.
Good understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with Linux and Windows systems administration.
Basic programming or scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go).
Awareness of observability tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
Understanding of security principles, identity access management, and data protection.
A deep interest in automation, AI, and modern software delivery practices to ensure maximum productivity in all aspects of the work.
Understanding of networking fundamentals, APIs, and RESTful services.
Desirable:
Academic projects or internships involving cloud deployment, automation, or data processing.
Familiarity with microservices architectures or serverless computing.
Participation in open-source or personal technical projects.
Practical application of AI in any of the above demonstrating increased gains in output and value.
Exposure to DevOps tools (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Git, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions).
