Role Purpose
This role is ideal for a graduate or junior consultant with 1–2 years’ relevant experience who is ready to take the next step in their consulting career within a values-led, employee-owned business.
You will work as part of multi-disciplinary teams supporting clients through digital and business transformation initiatives. You’ll continue to build your consulting toolkit through hands-on delivery, structured learning and close support from experienced colleagues, while gradually taking on more responsibility, ownership and client exposure.
We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive and motivated by shared success, and who is open to developing across multiple digital transformation disciplines before specialising.
Your Role and Key Activities
Support consultants and partners in delivering digital and technology transformation projects for clients.
Help analyse client challenges, gather requirements, and contribute to practical, value-driven solutions.
Work across a variety of transformation areas such as digital platforms, data & analytics, AI, cyber security, operating models and change delivery.
Produce high-quality project outputs including analysis, documentation, presentations and recommendations.
Engage professionally with clients, building trusted relationships over time.
Learn and apply consulting methodologies, tools and frameworks in live client environments.
Contribute ideas, insights and improvements to internal ways of working, reflecting the shared ownership culture of an EOT.
Experience and Education
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:1) in a relevant subject and 1–2 years’ experience in consulting, digital transformation, technology, or a related professional services environment.
Strong interest in digital, technology and business transformation. Evidence of teamwork, problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Adapt quickly and are excited by the pace of change in digital transformation.
Exposure to client-facing work.
Alignment to Lean Tree Values.
Desirable:
Familiarity with digital tools, data analysis, or transformation methodologies.
Experience working in fast-paced or change-driven environments.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (dependant on experience).
