Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to join a high-profile programme in Dubai on a 12-month contract. This is an architecture-focused role, operating at an enterprise level to shape infrastructure strategy, standards, and roadmaps, rather than hands-on engineering delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain enterprise-level infrastructure architecture aligned to business strategy.
Apply a technology reference model to guide strategic decision-making and platform evolution.
Develop infrastructure roadmaps, standards, and architectural patterns across cloud and hybrid environments.
Provide architectural governance, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
Collaborate with enterprise architects, security, and delivery teams to translate strategy into executable designs.
Experience
Essential:
Proven experience as an Infrastructure Architect (background in engineering desirable but not required).
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture concepts and operating models.
TOGAF certified.
Microsoft Azure certified, with experience designing cloud and hybrid architectures.
Experience using EA tooling, preferably SAP LeanIX.
Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.
