IT Business Analyst – Intranet Refresh (Contractor Opportunity)
Leatherhead, UK (Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite)
Interim Contract – Initially for 6 months with extension possible
Role Purpose
We are looking to engage an experienced IT Business Analyst to support an exciting Intranet Refresh project.
This is a contract assignment (not a permanent employed role) and will suit an independent contractor with strong stakeholder and testing experience.
You will work closely with HR and Communications teams to capture business needs, define requirements, and support delivery through to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with HR, Comms and wider stakeholders to shape intranet requirements.
Document and manage functional and non-functional requirements end-to-end.
Develop user journeys, process maps and content-focused workflows.
Collaborate with IT teams and suppliers to support design and delivery.
Lead testing activities including planning, execution and defect management.
Support cutover and rollout of the refreshed employee intranet.
Experience
Essential:
Proven Business Analyst experience on digital workplace or intranet projects.
Strong engagement skills with HR/Comms stakeholders.
Hands-on experience managing testing phases and defect resolution.
Confident producing clear requirements documentation and process mapping.
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and X-Ray desirable.
